Four products, one price. Only the volume changes.
Reviews, loyalty, referrals and wishlists are in the Starter plan and the Enterprise plan alike. What you pay for is three numbers: the reviews you collect, the loyalty members who are active, and the customers using a wishlist. Those are the ones that cost us anything.
Starter
$49per month
Or $490 a year, which is 17% less.
One store running reviews, loyalty and wishlists together.
- Review submissions
- 2,000 / mo
- Active loyalty members
- 1,000 / mo
- Active wishlist customers
- 1,000 / mo
Growth
$149per month
Or $1,490 a year, which is 17% less.
A store past its first thousand active members a month.
- Review submissions
- 20,000 / mo
- Active loyalty members
- 10,000 / mo
- Active wishlist customers
- 10,000 / mo
Enterprise
Let’s talk
Monthly or annual, on terms we agree.
Several storefronts, or volume past what Growth allows.
- Review submissions
- From 100,000 / mo
- Active loyalty members
- From 50,000 / mo
- Active wishlist customers
- From 50,000 / mo
Starter and Growth start with 14 days free. Signing up takes an email address and no card, because Cascade signs you in with a link rather than a password. Prices are in US dollars, and they are per organization: every store, every seat and every one of the four products is inside the number above.
Three numbers, defined exactly.
These are the only allowances a plan is sold on, one per product, and this is what each one counts. All three are monthly and reset on the first, in UTC. The Enterprise column shows floors, not caps: the numbers a contract starts from.
| Allowance | Starter | Growth | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review submissionsReviews submitted in the calendar month (UTC), however they arrived: after a request, straight from your storefront, or in an import. | 2,000 / mo | 20,000 / mo | From 100,000 / mo |
| Active loyalty membersMembers with any loyalty activity in the calendar month (UTC): points, stamps, or rewards. A member who does nothing that month is not counted. | 1,000 / mo | 10,000 / mo | From 50,000 / mo |
| Active wishlist customersCustomers who created a wishlist, or added or removed a wishlist item, in the calendar month (UTC). Viewing a shared wishlist does not count. | 1,000 / mo | 10,000 / mo | From 50,000 / mo |
If you go past one.
Nothing is cut off mid-month. The units past your allowance are billed at the rate below, once, after the month ends, so a spike you correct before then is never charged. You can turn that off in the app, and then each product stops taking new activity 14 days after you go over instead.
- Review submissions
- $10 per 1,000 review submissions
- Active loyalty members
- $15 per 1,000 active loyalty members
- Active wishlist customers
- $10 per 1,000 active wishlist customers
The same rates on Starter and Growth. Enterprise settles volume in its contract instead.
Features are not a row in this table. Photo and video reviews, auto-publishing, structured data for search results, stamp cards, referrals, the CSV importer, the REST API and the storefront widgets are in every plan, Enterprise included. AI review summaries and AI screening start on Growth, and SSO is Enterprise.
Everything else has a number too, and none of it is a tier. Products, customers, team members, API keys, storage and the rest are fair-use backstops, set high enough that normal use never meets one and there so a runaway integration cannot quietly run up your account. They are published in full in the docs, and any single one can be raised for your account without changing plan.
Add up what you pay now.
Most stores in this position hold three subscriptions, on three renewal dates, against three separate customer lists. We are not going to quote you someone else’s prices, because they change and they depend on your volume. Your renewals are on your invoices.
Cascade replaces all three, so the comparison worth making is the total.
Before you pick one.
- What counts as a review submission?
- A review that arrives in the calendar month, however it got here: after a request, straight from your storefront, or in a CSV import. It is counted once, when it is submitted, and moderating or unpublishing it later does not give the count back.
- Can I bring the reviews I already have?
- Yes, as CSV, on every plan. Customers are matched by email address and products by handle. A row that does not resolve is skipped and reported with its line number rather than failing the file, and each row is keyed on the review’s original ID, so fixing those rows and importing again updates what it already created instead of duplicating it. Photos are copied into your own storage rather than linked to the platform you are leaving.
- Can I get them back out again?
- Yes. Export every review to CSV whenever you want, media included. An export and an import round-trip onto the same rows, so nothing about leaving is harder than arriving.
- Do I need a developer?
- Not on Shopify. Connecting a store imports your products, customers and orders, registers the webhooks that keep them current, and installs the storefront widgets. Anywhere else, the widgets are a script tag and everything is in the REST API.
- Can I pay for a year at once?
- Yes, and it costs 17% less than paying monthly. Prices are in US dollars either way, and either way they are per organization rather than per store or per seat.
- What happens if I go over an allowance?
- Nothing is cut off mid-month and nothing is deleted. Reviews keep arriving, your loyalty program keeps running, and the units past the allowance are billed: $10 per 1,000 review submissions, $15 per 1,000 active loyalty members, $10 per 1,000 active wishlist customers. We email everyone in your organization at 80 percent and again the day you go over, and the billing page shows the running total, so the first you hear of it is never the invoice.
- Can I turn overage off?
- Yes, in Settings then Billing, and it is one switch for all three allowances. With it off nothing is ever billed above your plan, and instead each product stops taking new activity 14 days after you go over: review requests stop going out, no new loyalty members join, no new wishlists are created. Everything already collected keeps working and every storefront widget carries on. It goes back to normal the moment usage is under the allowance again.
- When is Enterprise the right plan?
- When the Growth numbers are the constraint: more than 20,000 review submissions a month, more than 10,000 active loyalty members, or more than 10 storefronts. It is the same product with the allowances set per contract. Email us what you are running and we will put a number on it.
- Is there a contract?
- Not on Starter or Growth: those are month to month, you can change or cancel at any point, and your data stays exportable while the account is open. Enterprise is the one place a contract exists, because the allowances in it are the ones we set together.
Take 14 days on your own data.
The trial runs on your own catalog rather than a demo account, and it does not ask for a card. If it is not doing the job by the end of it, nothing renews, and every review you collected in the meantime exports to CSV.
