The loop runs on its own once you set it up. Your part is the one decision that matters: what your product page shows.

The request goes out.
A survey flow you configure picks who gets asked and when, days after delivery. The star rating is built into the email, so tapping four stars starts a four-star review.

The review lands in a queue.
Nothing reaches your product page on its own. Reviews wait in a moderation queue with the customer, the product and the order beside them.
- Step 3
You publish, or a rule does.
Auto-publish everything above a rating you set, so only the reviews that need a person get queued. Publishing updates the product's rating and its structured data.

- Photo and video
- Customers attach media to a review, and Cascade copies it into your own storage rather than linking it from somewhere else. It stays yours even if the source disappears.
- Merchant replies
- Answer a review publicly from the same pane you moderate it in. The reply is published beside the review in the storefront widget.
- Star snippets in search
- Published reviews ship as schema.org structured data, which is what search engines read to show a star rating under your product's result.
- AI screening, if you want it
- An optional classifier reads each arriving review before the publish decision is made, so a flagged review never goes live and comes back down. Off by default, one switch to turn on.
- Import and export
- Bring your history from Yotpo, Judge.me or Okendo as CSV, keyed on each review's original ID so a re-run updates rather than duplicates. Every review exports back out whenever you ask, media included.
